下部など額に収まらない部分は折って入ってます。

その折り畳みされる部分に前々所有者の鋲打ちか、等間隔に穴が4つ空いてます。

騎乗軍人の足先に白い塗料らしきものが付着し、また紙が少し硬くなり破けてます。

貼り紙「明治石版画雑貨屋看板」と以前の所有者の燃料店のご主人の注意書きがあります。

This was written sales goods name, shop's address, owners name.

There are 4 holes evenly spaced at the bottom of the ad,

possibly riveted by the previous previous owner.

The area around the toes of the mounted soldier is white, the paper is hardended, and there are tears in the paper.

patch is previous owner written「明治石版画雑貨屋看板 ≒ Meiji era, lithograph, variety shop, signboard」…………Personally, I think it may not be a lithograph.
